FAQ's

Here are some of the frequently asked questions

1. Do I need to be good with technology before booking a session?

Not at all. Our service is designed specifically for seniors at all skill levels, even if you’ve never used a smartphone or computer before. We move at your pace and explain everything in simple, easy-to-understand steps.

2. Do you offer in-home visits or virtual support?

Yes. We offer in-home support as well as virtual sessions by video call. During your booking, you choose the option that’s most comfortable and convenient for you. We also understand that trust is especially important, particularly if this is your first time using a tech support service.
For many first-time clients, we often recommend an in-home visit as it helps build trust, provides peace of mind, and allows for more hands-on assistance.

3. What types of devices do you help with?

We help with smartphones, tablets, laptops, desktop computers, and smart TVs. This includes email setup, video calling, apps, internet use, and basic troubleshooting.

5. Are there things you don’t help with?

Yes. For your privacy and safety, we do not assist with banking, financial, or health-related matters. This includes online banking transactions, investment accounts, medical portals, or anything involving sensitive financial or medical information. For these issues, we always recommend contacting your bank, financial institution, or healthcare provider directly, as they are best equipped to help you securely.

4. Is my personal information safe?

Absolutely. We take privacy and security very seriously. We never store passwords or personal data, and we always explain online safety best practices to help protect against scams and fraud.
